Do I pay before seeing anything?
No. You see a free direction before the first invoice. After the first payment, you also review and approve the completed client-specific version before I send the second invoice. The second payment releases the site for launch.
What do I need to provide?
Your business name, logo if you have one, services, prices, photos, address, opening hours, social media links, and WhatsApp number. An enquiry email is needed only if you request the optional contact form.
Which businesses do you build for?
Malaysian local service businesses such as hair and beauty salons, spas, interior studios, cafes, gyms, tutors, cleaning services, and repair businesses.
Is hosting and domain included?
Yes. Hosting, SSL, and one eligible first-year .com, .com.my, or .my domain are included. The domain is registered for your business. Higher-priced domains may require a higher first maintenance tier or a customer contribution, and nothing is purchased without your approval.
Can I have a contact form?
Yes. A contact form is available at no extra charge on request. WhatsApp stays the main action, and the form is added only if you want it.
How is maintenance billed?
Maintenance is shown as a monthly rate but billed every 6 months from launch. Full-price yearly billing is also available. I send the next invoice before the term ends; pay by the due date to continue. There is no automatic card charge.
What is basic SEO setup?
It covers page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, mobile-friendly layout, fast-loading images, and a Google-friendly page structure. It does not guarantee a ranking on Google.
Can I update the website later?
Yes. Every plan includes a monthly revision allowance, so you can send updates by WhatsApp and keep your site current.
Can you connect another website tool?
Yes, with the RM599 Integration add-on for one supported standard connection, including selected WordPress or CMS editing. It requires RM99/month maintenance. Third-party subscription and usage fees are separate, and complex work is quoted separately.
How do revisions work?
Revisions cover small content, photo, section, or wording updates. Starter includes 1 revision every month, Business includes 3, and Pro includes 5.
